As reported, in another case of copyright infringement, the Public Association for the Protection of Copyright and Related Rights has examined a complaint regarding the unauthorized performance of the poems "Isn't it Good" and "Shall we go tomorrow," belonging to the poet Shokhrukh Abdurahimov known among our people by the pseudonym "Abdussamiy," at the request of taking legal action.

During the investigation, it was discovered that the poems for the songs "Isn't it Good" performed by the famous artist among our people, Rayhon Ganiyeva, and "Shall We Go Tomorrow" performed by Anvar Juraev, the soloist of the "Sahar" group, were used without the author's permission by the composer Shakhboz Nosirjonov.

In relation to the case, administrative protocols regarding administrative offenses were formalized under Article 177 prime 1 of the Code on Administrative Responsibility, and sent to the competent court.

According to the decision of the Yashnabad District Court for Criminal Cases in Tashkent city, the offender was fined in the amount of twice the basic calculation unit - 750,000 (seven hundred fifty thousand) Uzbek soms, under the first part of Article 177 prime 1 of the Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan on Administrative Responsibility.
