Based on the execution document from Bekobod Interdistrict Court regarding civil cases under management at the Bureau of Compulsory Execution's Buka district division, debtor A.Meliev has deliberately evaded paying a total of 48,772.5 thousand UZS in alimony for the material support of two minor children to the benefit of creditor U.Melieva, resulting in search initiation by the division's state executors.
The evading citizen was found in a shepherd's hut in the mountains of the Ohangaron district as a result of the operation conducted by the department's search officers. A protocol was duly drawn up, and the debtor was brought to the Bureau's Buka district division and handed over to the state executor.
On October 28 of this year, a criminal case was initiated against him under Part 1 of Article 122 of the Criminal Code, and investigation actions are being carried out by the department's investigators.
