A man was sentenced in a Tashkent medical institution for committing indecency against another man. The press service of the Tashkent city court reported this.
The incident occurred around 20:15 on August 31 in the Chilanzar district, at the No. 5 Infectious Diseases Hospital.
Apparently, the accused had asked the victim to fix his phone and called him to his room, then locked the door. After that, the man came from behind, hugged the victim, kissed his neck, and touched his genitals. After a while, the victim left the room.
The Chilanzar district court on criminal cases found the accused man guilty under Article 41-1 of the Code of Administrative Responsibility (sexual harassment) and sentenced him to 5 days in prison.
