It is noted that during the analysis of appeals received through the online-mahalla.uz platform, it was found that in 34 cases in the region, mayoral assistants did not provide conclusions in the established manner on entrepreneurs’ applications for credit allocation.
According to the current procedure, in accordance with the regulation approved by Resolution No. 373 of the Cabinet of Ministers dated July 8, 2022, a mayoral assistant must conduct an on-site study based on the application, prepare a photo report on the results, and post a conclusion on the allocation or refusal of credit on the unified electronic platform within 5 working days.
Based on the analysis results, administrative measures were taken against 16 officials who failed to comply with these requirements. Additionally, the necessary conclusions for entrepreneurs to obtain credit have been provided.
