The complex is expected to bring the trade of construction materials to a new level. The initiative investor has allocated $25 million in capital for the project. The shopping center is built on a 4.6-hectare area, with 42 thousand square meters of construction work completed. A parking lot for 1,000 vehicles has been organized on the site.

In the three-story complex, the trade of construction and renovation products has been centrally established. Here, 500 stores operate. All products and their prices are publicly announced through a single electronic platform.

With the launch of the project, 2,000 citizens have been provided with jobs. The complex has the capacity to serve up to 3 million customers per year.

The security system has also been enhanced: the shopping complex is fully covered by 500 modern surveillance cameras.

The President emphasized that the complex should establish order, transparency, and modern service standards in the construction materials market. It was also noted the need to increase the share of local producers and develop the logistics system in such shopping centers.
