According to a report by the Dunyo Information Agency, 13 citizens of Uzbekistan have been evacuated from Iran through the territory of Turkmenistan.

The citizens who were transferred through the "Sarakhs" border post were met and placed under safe observation by staff of the Uzbek embassy in Ashgabat.

Earlier, Shavkat Mirziyoyev had given instructions regarding the repatriation of Uzbeks from countries in the region.
