On February 25 at 21:48, a Road Patrol Service inspector, Junior Sergeant Khasilbek Eshnazarov, who was on duty in the capital, was hit by a BMW driven by a 10th-grade student.
This was reported by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
As a result, the inspector, who sustained severe bodily injuries, was under doctors' supervision for three days but passed away despite the medical treatment provided.
The deceased had been serving in internal affairs bodies since 2022. He is survived by his parents, wife, and three children. The Ministry expressed its deep condolences to the family and relatives of the deceased.
