After Trump's election victory, a sharp rise was observed in the cryptocurrency market, as investors hoped the new president would pursue a positive policy towards digital assets. As a result, bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies renewed historical records several times. However, over time, the market turned to decline and the previous growth was almost completely lost.
In the last 24 hours, bitcoin has become cheaper by 2.8 percent, and over the course of a week its value has decreased by 14 percent. According to the situation at 13:00 Tashkent time, bitcoin was traded at approximately $76.4 thousand.
It is noted that on October 6, 2025, bitcoin reached a historical maximum of $126 thousand. Since then, its price has fallen by almost 40 percent.
At the same time, the total capitalization of the cryptocurrency market decreased by 2 percent in the last 24 hours, falling to $2.59 trillion.
