The premiere was attended by notable VIP guests such as President Donald Trump and his wife, as well as boxer Mike Tyson and Apple's head Tim Cook. Wearing a bow tie to the event was mandatory. Although journalists were not admitted, participants shared videos on social networks.

The film's director, Brett Ratner, presented the guests with a musical composition titled "The Melania Waltz." The documentary film's events unfold the 20 days leading up to Donald Trump's January 2025 inauguration, seen through the eyes of Melania Trump.

According to information, 40 million dollars were spent on the film's production. Furthermore, Amazon, owned by Jeff Bezos, allocated an additional 35 million dollars within the project's framework to promote Amazon MGM Studios.
