A corruption crime by an assistant court administrator has been identified in the Beshariq district of Fergana region. Law enforcement agencies reported this.
It is known that the assistant court administrator, assigned to a production cooperative engaged in the wholesale trade of mineral fertilizers, whose activity has been suspended, demanded 4 thousand US dollars in exchange for collecting 300 million soums out of a 1 billion 502 million soum debt of an LLC producing mineral fertilizers to this cooperative.
During an operational measure conducted by employees of the State Security Service and the Department for Combating Economic Crimes, he was caught red-handed while receiving a sum of 48 million soums.
Currently, a criminal case has been initiated against this person under Part 3, paragraph "v" of Article 168 of the Criminal Code, and investigative actions are being carried out.
