On the morning of November 29 of this year, around 04:00 in the city of Fergana, two women, M.G., born in 2003, and F.O., born in 2004, consumed alcoholic beverages and disturbed residents in their residential area. It was established by local residents that they were disturbing public peace while intoxicated, and a report was made to the internal affairs authorities.
Internal affairs officers who arrived at the scene attempted to calm the women, but they did not comply with the lawful demands of the officers and actively resisted. This action clearly demonstrated their disrespect and irresponsibility towards public order.
Regarding this situation, administrative protocols were officially drawn up against M.G. and F.O. under Article 183 (petty hooliganism) and Article 194 (failure to comply with the lawful demand of an internal affairs officer) of the Administrative Responsibility Code, and the case materials were sent to court, according to the report.
