Individuals who seized an entrepreneur's wedding hall building in the Beruniy district of Karakalpakstan have been identified. This was reported by the Department for Combating Economic Crimes.
According to the information, during an investigation conducted prior to the inquiry on protecting the rights of business entities, citizen E.Zh. and others conspired and gained the trust of D.K., the head of the private enterprise "T.G."
Subsequently, this individual managed to re-register the enterprise as an LLC in his own name as a 100% sole founder and head, and seized entrepreneur D.K.'s wedding hall building through fraudulent means.
A criminal case has been initiated regarding the incident under the article of the Criminal Code concerning fraud, and investigative actions are being carried out.
