Nurzaman, a fourth-grade student living in the village of Koo-Chaty, gained popularity through a video showing him walking through nearly a meter of snow to get to school.

The head of state highly praised the boy's determination and gifted him a laptop, an old iPhone 16, a soccer ball, and books. Furthermore, Nurzaman was invited to the presidential New Year celebration, and Japarov personally gave him his own phone number.

According to the President, this situation reminded him of his own childhood—he also overcame difficult conditions to get to school.
