On November 18, employees of the US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) apprehended J.A., a 34-year-old citizen of Uzbekistan in Philadelphia, who was found to be or suspected of being linked to the ISIS terrorist organization.

According to ICE information, he was included in the immigration authorities' list of "most dangerous" individuals. The suspect is currently being held at the Elizabeth Contract Detention Facility in New Jersey.

Deportation proceedings have been initiated against him. Based on the investigation results, a final decision regarding his immigration status and subsequent legal fate is planned.
