  As of January 1, 2025,  in Uzbekistan, there are 28.6 doctors per 10,000 population. This was reported by the National Statistics Committee.

  The level of provision of the population with doctors by specialties and certain specializations (per 10,000 population):

- in therapeutic specialty — 10.8 persons

-  in surgical specialty — 3.3 persons

- obstetrician-gynecologists (per 10,000 women) — 3.2 persons

-  pediatricians (per 10,000 children aged 0-14) — 8.3 persons

-  pediatricians (per 10,000 children aged 0-17) — 7.1 persons

- ophthalmologists — 0.5 persons

-  otolaryngologists — 0.6 persons

-  phthisiatricians — 0.2 persons

- neurologists — 0.9 persons

- psychiatrists — 0.3 persons

-  dermatovenerologists — 0.3 persons

- dentists — 3.3 persons

- sanitary-epidemiology group doctors — 1.4 persons

- radiologists and radiation specialists — 0.4 persons

- oncologists — 0.3 persons.
