Starting in 2026, a series of incentive measures will be implemented for the winners of the "Best Taxpayer Neighborhood" nomination.
According to the resolution:
— Neighborhoods with initiative that have been winners in the budget consecutively for 2 times will not be subject to restrictions for submitting a project in the next 2 seasons;
— If the neighborhood population finances 25% of the project's value, the project is considered a winner and the remaining 75% will be covered from the State Budget;
— Based on the established criteria, 2 billion soums will be allocated from the State Budget annually to the neighborhoods that make it into the top 100.
