The Ministry of Justice introduced changes to the procedure regarding exit restrictions.
According to the new procedure, if individuals obligated to pay alimony submit an application to the state executor while presenting the relevant insurance policy, the temporary restriction on their travel abroad will be suspended.
This insurance policy is only formalized by insurers possessing the appropriate license.
The existence of the policy is automatically confirmed by the Ministry of Justice through the information system of the National Agency of Perspective Projects.
This change came into force based on additions made to the "...Procedure for the temporary restriction on the exit of debtor individuals from the territory of Uzbekistan."
