The Tax Committee reported that as of November 1, 2025, the number of construction companies with tax debt exceeding 100 million soum had surpassed 1,200. Their total debt is more than 1.2 trillion soum, of which approximately 312 billion soum is attributable to the 10 companies with the largest debts.
The construction enterprises with the highest debts are as follows:

"Avtosanoat-Injining" LLC — 63.9 billion soum
"Asia Invest Favorit" LLC — 63.9 billion soum
"Ta'mirlash Qurish Servis" LLC — 50.3 billion soum
"Faiz Design" LLC — 18.5 billion soum
"DSK Binokor" LLC — 13.7 billion soum
Bright Industry Buildings the Future LLC — 11.6 billion soum
"Zarafshon Buildings" LLC — 8.4 billion soum
"Dilum Nur Story" LLC — 8 billion soum
"Ulug'bek Osiyo Qurilish" LLC — 7.6 billion soum
The Committee added that measures are being taken to reduce the debt.
