During the process of studying the state procurement conducted by the Anti-Corruption Agency based on the order of Surkhandarya QurilishInvest DМ, a case of legal violation was identified.
In particular, a tender with an initial value of 38.5 billion soums was announced by the state institution for improving the water supply of agricultural fields through the construction of a pumping station and water pipelines from the "Khongoronsoy" mountain reservoir in Boysun district.
According to the procurement commission's statement, "D.Y.T." LLC was found to be the winner with an offer of 36.5 billion soums, and "M.I.T." LLC was found to be the reserve winner with an offer of 38.5 billion soums in this state procurement.
It was found that another participant of the tender — "F." LLC had falsified information about the existence of tax debt entered into the tax accounting sheet through illegal interference.
As a result, the company was unreasonably excluded from the tender process through the "Transparent Construction" special information platform.
As a result of the measures taken by the Agency, the cancellation of this procurement was ensured.
Furthermore, based on the documents collected regarding the situation, a relevant legal assessment is currently being carried out by law enforcement agencies.
