By the decree of the President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev, Rustam Rakhmonovich Tursunov was released from the position of Head of the Department for the Execution of Sentences under the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
Tursunov was appointed to this position in February 2021. Prior to that, he had served as the Head of the Department of Internal Affairs of the Navoi region.
We recall that recently the Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs - Head of the Public Security Department, Bekmurod Abdullayev, was also released from his position.
