According to the government's new resolution, starting from February 1, 2026, attendance at theoretical lessons in driving schools is not mandatory.
Applicants can study in online or offline courses if they wish, or prepare independently. However, full participation in practical training is required.
Additionally, a separate retake procedure will be developed for persons deprived of their driving license.
The resolution also stipulates the introduction of a category "A1" license for moped and scooter drivers.
