Women account for 49.6% of the population (18.9 million people), while men account for 50.4% (19.1 million people).
At the same time, the urban population was 19.4 million, and those living in rural areas were 18.7 million people.
During the current year, 177 thousand marriages were registered in the country, while 35.4 thousand divorces were recorded.
According to data on external migration, in the first nine months of 2025, 1,133 people immigrated to the country, while 7,585 people emigrated.
As experts emphasize, the demographic growth rate is stable, and the population is increasing year by year.
