According to data, the overall inflation rate in our country decreased from 12.3 percent in 2022 to 8 percent by September 2025. This indicates that prices have been stabilizing in recent years.
The share of goods and services with inflation above 10 percent was 52 percent in 2022, but decreased to 14 percent by September 2025. This testifies to the increasing stability of prices in the domestic market.
During the year, the prices of some food products decreased. In particular, cooking oil decreased by 59.2 percent, tomatoes by 31.5 percent, carrots by 57.5 percent, and potatoes by 8.1 percent. At the same time, the prices of some products increased. Squash increased by 10.9 percent, lemons by 52.6 percent, and eggplant by 22.3 percent.
On an annual basis, the prices of some non-food products also increased. In particular, propane increased by +7.0 percent, natural gas by +11.0 percent, and air freshener by +10.5 percent.
However, the prices of some goods decreased. In particular, a decrease was noted for paper (A4) by 3.7 percent and methane by –19.3 percent.
In the services sector, a decrease in the price of some services was observed. In particular, insurance decreased by 3.1 percent and microcredit services by –2.6 percent.
However, growth was recorded in the following areas: Automobile driving courses — an increase of +73.3 percent was recorded, and in transport services, an increase of +57.8 percent was recorded.
In a word, according to an analysis of the consumer price index, the price of 68 percent of food products increased, while 32 percent decreased. The price of 86 percent of non-food products increased, while 14 percent became cheaper.
In the services sector, prices increased for 90 percent, while a decrease was observed for 10 percent.
