However, this decision, which was assigned to the District Internal Affairs Department, was not executed.
The responsible prevention inspector, A.R., went to the woman's house several times but stopped the inspection because she was not home. In court, he said: "I was busy with other official duties and forgot."
On October 3, the court found him guilty and sentenced him to 3 years of restriction of liberty and deprivation of the right to work in the internal affairs system.
