It has been confirmed that Kamchybek Tashiev, the Chairman of the State Committee for National Security of Kyrgyzstan, beat up the mayor of Manas city, Ernisbek Ormokov, and the chairman of the city council.
According to Ormokov, this incident occurred after a disagreement over the distribution of funds allocated for the city's development.
Confirming the situation, the mayor commented, "Tashiev is a strict leader, he works honestly. We must have made a mistake."
Earlier, Tashiev publicly admitted that he had also "beaten up" city leaders and threatened that "if it happens again, he could end up in jail."
