On the evening of September 19, a traffic accident resulting in a fatality occurred in the Sirdaryo district of the Sirdaryo region. This was reported by the regional DIA's Department of Crime Prevention.
The incident occurred around 22:00 on the Sholikor - Sirdaryo route. A minor, D.A., born in 2010, was driving a Lecetti-brand car belonging to his father without a license and, as a result of high speed, lost control and veered off the road into a ditch.
As a result of the accident, two minor passengers in the car died at the scene, and the driver was admitted to the resuscitation unit of the district medical association.
Regarding the incident, a criminal case has been initiated under part 3, paragraph "a" of Article 266 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and investigative actions are being carried out.
