The Uzbekistan national boxing team won its first gold medal at the World Championships being held in England.
Fazliddin Erkinboev, competing in the -75 kg weight category, achieved victory over Bulgaria's Kivan Rami in the final, presenting our national team with its first championship title at the competition.
