Children from State Preschool Educational Institution No. 7, located in the Oltiariq district of the Fergana region, were hospitalized with signs of food poisoning. The Ministry of Health reported this.
It was noted that on August 22 of this year, 13 children being raised in this kindergarten in the Qiziltepa village felt unwell.
They were promptly examined by doctors and their health was placed under observation. It is stated that the necessary medical care is being provided to the children.
Following the incident, the preschool's operations were temporarily suspended, and relevant services have launched a comprehensive investigation. In particular, the causes of the incident are being investigated by the Sanitary-Epidemiological Service, the Ministry of Health, and other supervisory bodies.
The responsible authorities stated that measures will be taken within the framework of the law regarding the situation and that additional information will be provided to the public.
