In 2024, 46 passengers were not allowed to fly due to health reasons at Uzbekistan airports. In the first six months of the current year, 61 passengers were denied permission to fly.

As of today in 2025, 5 fatal cases have been recorded, all of which occurred on board the aircraft before reaching the destination," said Sevara Solikhova, head of the company's medical service development department.
