An investigation has been launched into the tragic incident that occurred in Moscow. According to the information provided, a 50-year-old deaf-mute man died as a result of physical violence allegedly committed by a 26-year-old citizen of Uzbekistan here.
The incident occurred on July 20, 2025, near waste containers. Two migrants, who were temporarily working for a local management company, were sorting garbage when the deaf-mute man expressed dissatisfaction through gestures. The suspects reportedly perceived his actions as aggression.
Subsequently, one of the migrants struck him. It was determined that the victim was hit twice in the abdomen and once forcefully on the head. Although the man did not resist, he fell and hit his head on the ground, sustaining severe injuries. The suspects allegedly carried his body into bushes to conceal traces of the crime before fleeing the scene.
Investigators managed to identify the details of the crime through surveillance cameras and apprehend the suspect. He had been living illegally in Russia and is currently in custody.
A criminal case has been initiated against him under the article "Infliction of grievous bodily harm resulting in death due to negligence."
