During a rapid operation conducted by the Samarkand regional department of the Department under the General Prosecutor's Office in collaboration with customs officials, it was revealed that the responsible persons of the family enterprise "Sh.S." in the "Sariosiyo" neighborhood of Shahrisabz city, Kashkadarya region, were engaged in illegal oil production activities. As material evidence, 102 liters of oil and 5.5 tons of raw cotton were seized from them.
Regarding this case, a criminal case has been initiated under Article 186-2 of the Criminal Code (illegal production or circulation of products derived from cotton), and investigative actions are being carried out.
