According to the report provided by the Fergana Regional DIA, on July 10 of this year, a dispute arose between two acquaintances on "Uzbek Ovozi" street in the city of Fergana, Fergana region.
As a result of the dispute, one of them got into a "Lacetti" brand car and intentionally hit his acquaintance. Consequently, the victim suffered severe bodily injuries and died in the hospital.
Regarding the incident, a criminal case has been initiated under Part 3 of Article 104 of the Criminal Code (intentional infliction of grievous bodily harm resulting in death). The suspect has been detained, and investigative actions are currently being carried out, according to the report.
