Through social networks, critical material has been published concerning the situation where only one firm has been winning in more than 20 competitions for the “laboratory service” conducted by the Karshi district medical association.
Regarding this issue, investigation and analysis activities have been carried out by the Competition Committee's Regional Department of Kashkadarya.
During the inspection, a Special Commission initiated proceedings against the Karshi district medical association in the proper manner due to signs of relevant legal violations.
“Additional information will be provided upon the conclusion of the case review,” — it is stated in the comment.
