Iraq opened its airspace for international flights.

Iraq's airspace has been reopened for international flights. This was announced in a written statement by the head of Iraq's Civil Aviation Authority, Bengin Rakhani said.

According to him, the decision to reopen the airspace was made following a thorough assessment of the security situation and in coordination with national and international entities.

Iraq's airspace was previously closed due to the escalation of the conflict between Israel and Iran.
