Russia's Prosecutor General's Office demand and the decision of the Moscow region arbitration court have resulted in the confiscation of 100% of the shares of "DME Holding" to the state, reports Sputnik.uz.
The reason – it was discovered that the strategically important object was under the ownership of foreign citizens. Specifically, 100% of the airport's assets were owned by Turkish and UAE citizen Dmitry Kamenshik and Israeli citizen Valery Kogan. They had transferred 18 billion rubles abroad under the guise of "loan payments" during the years 2021—2023.
Today, the value of Domodedovo Airport and its structures is estimated to be over a trillion rubles.
