In three districts of the Bukhara region, gas was stolen amounting to nearly 500 million Uzbek soms. This was reported by the Press Service of the Ministry of Energy.

It is noted that in the Sharq neighborhood located in the Gijduvan district, a hidden network was installed, bypassing the meter at a bakery owned by entrepreneur G.A., resulting in the illegal use of natural gas.

When the situation was evaluated using the "E-administrative" program, it was found to have caused a loss of 52 million 353 thousand Uzbek soms to the gas supply company.

A resident of the Pamuza neighborhood in the district, N.Sh., was also found to have violated the law in the same manner, illegally using natural gas worth 51 million soms.

Furthermore, when the usage of natural gas was examined at the enterprise belonging to "D. S. T. C." LLC located in the "Sadriddin Ayni" MCA in Bukhara city, it was determined that the consumption of gas equipment in the building exceeded the maximum capacity of the electronic gas meter (EGM). The damage was recalculated to be 398 million 679 thousand Uzbek soms.

Documents regarding the identified cases were formalized and handed over to law enforcement agencies in the proper manner.
