This morning, June 2nd, the Russian army launched an attack on the city of Kharkiv with drones and ballistic missiles.
According to Kharkiv mayor Ihor Terekhov, the strike damaged a civilian enterprise building, several apartments, and vehicles. Most tragically — among the victims is a child.
Terekhov reported that two ballistic missiles fired from Russia directly hit a densely populated area of the city.
“One fell near a multistory residential building, and the second on a road just a few dozen meters from a school. “This is not a tragedy, this is a miracle — that not bodies, but only panic came out of this place,” — wrote the city leader.
Under a peaceful sky, children are afraid, parents are seeking salvation. The world needs peace, but the missiles aren’t listening.
