Cases of illegal use of energy resources were identified in the Chust, Khojaabad, and Altynkul districts. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Energy.
It is noted that in the Chust district, "A.T." The head of the LLC, A.T., was found to have illegally connected to the power grid for commercial purposes in his livestock building and illegally used 481.5 million soums worth of electricity.
Similarly, in the Khojaabad district, officials of the private enterprise "B.Ch." arbitrarily connected to the gas network at a public catering point in the "Jahonobod" neighborhood and illegally used natural gas worth 317.9 million soums.
In the Altynkul district, "P.N." The head of the LLC, N.R., was found to have illegally connected directly to the power grid at a gas station in the "Jalabek" neighborhood, illegally using 154.1 million soums worth of electricity.
In connection with these cases, criminal cases have been initiated under Article 169 (theft) of the Criminal Code, and investigative actions are being carried out.
