What is the procedure for counting the period of working abroad towards the work experience when determining a pension?

Citizens working abroad on the basis of a labor contract, when social tax is paid in the following amounts for the past period, will be considered for work experience:

- For the period up to January 1, 2019, in the amount of the base calculation per month;

 - For the period from January 1, 2019, to December 31, 2019, at 4.5 times the base calculation amount for one year;

 - For the period after January 1, 2020, annually in the amount of the base calculation.
