As a result of negotiations with the US side, originally planned to be sent to Costa Rica, but intending to return to the homeland, seven Uzbekistan nationals arrived in Uzbekistan on February 24 of this year. This was announced by the head of the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan.
According to him, by establishing contacts through diplomatic channels with the governments of the United States and Costa Rica, Uzbekistan citizens were directly brought from New York to Tashkent.
