A 6-year-old child was threatened with a needle in a kindergarten in Syrdarya.
It was reported that the incident occurred on February 10 of the current year in one of the children's kindergartens in the Sardoba district of the Syrdarya region here.
"My son spoke up about it that evening. He said, 'A new sister at the kindergarten poked me with a needle. First, she poked my friends, not me,' he had said. Then, I called the mothers of his friends, and they said that their children were not poked with a needle. Afterward, I took a video of my son and sent it to my husband. My son cried and showed where he was poked with a needle," - says the mother of the child.
It is noted that a vocational school student, who was on practice, had come to this kindergarten to carry out her practical training. With the teacher absent due to an examination, the student's responsibility was to look after the children there. During this time, she poked a 6-year-old child’s body with a needle.
According to the expert's conclusion, the child sustained minor bodily harm. The practicing student was fined an amount equal to one minimum wage.
