Yesterday, January 21, Russian Defense Minister Andrey Belousov officially visited Uzbekistan. The Russian Defense Ministry reported this.
It is reported that during his visit to Tashkent, Belousov will hold talks with the Defense Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Major General Shukhrat Khalmukhamedov, as well as with the military-political leadership of the country.
"Andrey Belousov will discuss ensuring security in the Central Asian region, military and military-technical cooperation issues between Russia and Uzbekistan," the report says.
