According to Article 21 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan on "Cultural Activities and Cultural Organizations," it is stipulated that it is mandatory to notify the “Ozbekconcert” state institution in writing about conducting concert-show events outside the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Furthermore, according to the requirements of the "Concert Show Activity Licensing Passport" approved by the decision No. 80 of February 22, 2022, of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan on "Approving the unified regulation about licensing certain types of activities through a special electronic system," conducting concert-show events outside the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan without notifying the "Ozbekconcert" state institution in writing is considered a gross violation of the licensing terms and conditions.
"Ozbekconcert" state institution emphasizes that such activity is illegal, and it is necessary to operate by informing the "Ozbekconcert" state institution when organizing and planning concert-show events outside the Republic of Uzbekistan.
"Today, there are singers who plan and conduct concert programs abroad without complying with these requirements. It is announced that the licenses of artists who do not comply with the licensing terms and conditions will be prematurely terminated by the "Ozbekconcert" state institution," - stated in the news from the information service of "Ozbekconcert" DM.
