Tickets can be purchased from a special automated ticket vending machine at railway ticket offices. About this was reported by the press service of "Uzbekistan Railways" here.
It is noted that through this terminal, when issuing a ticket, the necessary route, carriage, and seat are selected. Then, personal information is entered, and the ticket is purchased through payment cards.
Currently, this automated terminal is operating in test mode at the Tashkent-Central station. It is planned to install it at all other railway stations of the Republic in the coming days.
Also, the terminal allows obtaining information about the timetable of passenger trains.
