Reports have spread on social networks about Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov's son, Adam Kadyrov, being involved in a road traffic accident in Grozny. The opposition NIYSO Telegram channel and the publication "Kavkaz.Realii," citing sources, wrote that after the incident he was taken to the hospital in serious condition.
According to sources, Adam Kadyrov was delivered to the republic's hospital in an unconscious state; doctors resuscitated him and are reportedly preparing to transport him to Moscow.
The reports note that Kadyrov's motorcade was moving at high speed, several vehicles were involved in the accident, and several people may have been injured. Following this incident, there is also information that some roads in Grozny were temporarily closed, particularly routes leading to the hospital.
18-year-old Adam Kadyrov is considered one of the most talked-about figures in Chechnya: some sources indicate him as the secretary of the Chechen Security Council and curator of the republic's Ministry of Internal Affairs.
