Following this incident, there is also information that some roads in Grozny were temporarily closed, particularly routes leading to the hospital.
18-year-old Adam Kadyrov is considered one of the most talked-about figures in Chechnya: some sources indicate him as the secretary of the Chechen Security Council and curator of the republic's Ministry of Internal Affairs.
