Children constitute 35 percent of Uzbekistan's population, and their well-being is the future of our country. Our President has signed the historic Decree "On approval of the Strategy for the Protection of Children from All Forms of Violence for 2026-2030".

What is the essence of the reform? This is not just a document, but a comprehensive action plan. The state takes upon itself the responsibility to create an environment where every child is protected from any form of oppression, whether at home, at school, or on the street.

The most important changes stemming from the Decree and the approved strategy include:

- A "Rapid Response" system will be created. If a child is under threat, state services will immediately be informed about it through a unified digital platform.

- A unified statistics system for cases of violence will be introduced. Now, no fact will be "forgotten" or "hidden" - every stage of assistance will be monitored.

Why is this important?

Protecting children's rights is a key indicator of a society's humanity. The Decree ensures children's right to happy and healthy development and creates a system where the state can protect even the most vulnerable person.
