According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, three individuals who were on the international wanted list were arrested and handed over to the Republic of Uzbekistan as a result of close cooperation between the Tashkent and Abu Dhabi National Central Bureaus of Interpol.
It is reported that they were wanted for crimes of an economic and property nature committed within the country.
The negotiations between the parties and the intensification of cooperation mechanisms are contributing to an increase in current extradition rates for criminals.
"These individuals will now stand trial," the ministry's statement said.
