A criminal case against a 26-year-old girl born in G'ijduvan district, Bukhara region, was considered in the Chilanzar district court.
According to the case documents, the girl worked as a realtor in Tashkent, but due to low income, she decided to change her type of activity and organized a group on Telegram with paid adult content.
In court, the girl admitted that she came across pornographic groups on the messenger. In the group, she posted pornographic videos with her participation and posted advertisements in other chats, offering interested parties to join her group for a certain fee and watch the "adult video" without restrictions.
Her actions were qualified under Article 189 of the Criminal Code (production, import, distribution, advertisement, display of pornographic products).
The court found the girl guilty and sentenced her to a fine of 100 times the BCA - 41.2 million soum.
