According to the information, by a court decision, S.A. was ordered to pay alimony for the support of his underage child to his ex-wife M.O. However, he failed to fulfill his obligation and accumulated a debt of 15 million soums.
As a result of measures taken by the state bailiff of the Zomin district department of the Compulsory Enforcement Bureau, the debtor's mother paid the alimony amount in question on behalf of her son.
It is emphasized in the report that on the same day, two women - the mother and the daughter-in-law - came to the Bureau's department at the same time: the mother to pay her son's debt, and the daughter-in-law to receive the alimony money for the child.
