In the Bulungur district of the Samarkand region, more than 80 medical workers were not paid the guaranteed payments that were due to them. This was reported by the Ministry of Justice.
When the state of compliance with labor legislation in the district health department was studied, it became known that employees were notified orally before the termination of their contracts by the employer, but the specified payments were not made to the employees who were left unemployed after being dismissed.
According to Article 100 of the Labor Code, during the job search period, the average salary is guaranteed to be retained for up to two months. On this basis, a total of 574 million 336 thousand 165 soums were fully paid to 82 medical workers.
